DC Courier Services provides courier and overnight delivery services for goods that can be safely transported in our vehicles. Service areas include Mooinooi, Rustenburg, Johannesburg, and Pretoria.
All parcels must be properly packed, sealed, and clearly labelled before collection. DC Courier Services is not liable for damage or loss caused by improper or inadequate packaging. Parcels must be ready at the agreed time; additional charges may apply for delays or waiting time.
We do not transport hazardous, flammable, explosive, corrosive, illegal, or unsafe items. The client is responsible for ensuring all parcels comply with the law.
DC Courier Services carries insurance limited to a maximum total value of R100,000 per full vehicle load. This cover does not apply per individual item. Clients are advised to arrange their own insurance for high-value items. No insurance applies to improperly packed or prohibited goods.
All prices displayed on the website are exclusive of VAT. Additional charges may apply for after-hours services, waiting time, or remote areas. Payments may be made via PayFast or other agreed methods. Delivery may be withheld until payment is received.
Delivery times are estimates only. DC Courier Services is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or events beyond our control.
Client information is collected solely for the purpose of providing courier services. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties, except where required to fulfil the service or comply with legal obligations.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
